Business Development and Marketing Manager

Job Overview:

• We are looking for a proactive and visionary Business Development and Marketing Manager to lead our premier hair couture salon, located in Cairo. This full-time position is essential for overseeing operations at our flagship salon in Cairo and will also play a key role in our expansion efforts across Doha, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, North Africa, and Paris over the next five years.
• The ideal candidate will embody the essence of the company acting as its face and voice and will play a pivotal role in recruiting and nurturing the talent.
• We require a leader with exceptional skills in team management, PR, marketing, and event hosting, who can uphold and propagate the vision and mission
  
  
  

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership Expansion and Management:

• Spearhead the operational management of the company n Cairo, setting a benchmark for future salons. Oversee daily operations at the company to Play a key role in the expansion and establishment of new Cheops salons in Doha, Dubai, Saudi, North Africa, and Paris. Ensuring the highest standards of service and client satisfaction.
• Lead the team, fostering an environment of excellence, creativity, and respect.
• Act as a liaison between the Artistic Director and Founder ensuring alignment in goals and practices.
  
  
  

2. Brand Advocacy and Public Relations:

• Uphold and communicate the ethos of The company ensuring it resonates in every aspect of the salons operations. Ensure brand consistency and high standards across all locations.
• Act as the face of the company, embodying the brands ethos in every action and communication.
• Develop and maintain robust relationships with media and influencers across our operating regions to boost brand visibility and reputation.
• Represent The company at key events, articulating our brand values and vision eloquently.
  
  
  

3. Event Management and Marketing:

• Plan and host events creating memorable experiences that align with our luxury branding.
• Develop marketing strategy and implement effective strategies that drive brand awareness and engagement. Collaborate with marketing teams to craft strategies that increase brand awareness and capture market interest in existing and new locations.
  
  
  

4. Talent Recruitment and Development:

• Lead the recruitment process ensuring we attract and retain top talent in the beauty industry.
• Implement training, protocol, and development programs to continually elevate our teams skills and service levels.
  
  
  

5. Operational Excellence:

• Monitor and manage spa finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining Cheopss reputation for integrity and excellence. Uphold compliance with legal standards and practices across all regions.
• Qualifications:
• The ideal candidate should have at least 7 to 10 years of relevant experience and proven leadership experience in a managerial role within the luxury beauty industry, high end hospitality establishments, luxury fashion brands, or similar luxury lifestyle industries.
• Strong skills in communication, networking, and public relations.
• Demonstrated ability in strategic planning and execution.
• Adept in multicultural and multi-regional business operations.
• Excellent command of English, both verbal and written, with proficiency in additional languages beneficial.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
• Experience in event planning and execution.
