Indirect Procurement Officer

One of the top multinational comapnies in the Agribusiness industry is looking to hire an Indirect Procurement Officer!



Key Responsibilities:



• Coordinate admin services (car and sales insurance, internet devices, mobile line, etc.) through all sub-contractors.
• Managing all company pool cars: Permit renewal, accident insurance, maintenance and selling processes and leasing cars.
• Manage pool car sales procedures and follow up with concerned stakeholders.
• Manage the whole purchase cycle for:
- Get two offers
- Represent company in negotiating relevant maintenance contracts like stationary, pool cars, coffee machines, photocopiers, etc..)
• Manage and oversee that the company general services tasks are done.
• Manage notary office procedures.
• Manage the drivers
• Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures to secure goods or services that meet the quantity and quality expectations of the organization.
• Reviewing, comparing, analysing goods and services to be purchased. Doing offer analysis not only based on cost, but also payment terms, delivery terms, incoterms and quality terms.
• Maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records via excel, SAP, i-Scala and Ariba tools
• Maintaining and updating supplier data and data crunching as a source for reporting
• Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.
• Coordinating and preparing Opex and Capex’ projects; as per the direction of management /procurement.
• Light legal and contractual knowledge and understanding
• Track inventory and restock goods when needed.



Key Requirements:




  • 2 to 5 years of experience in indirect procurement/ admin role.

  • Hands-on experience in dealing with vendors & managing purchasing process

  • Fluent English is a MUST

  • SAP experience

  • Excellent Negotiation skills

  • Ability to communicate & manage different stakeholders
