As the Senior Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and driving the success of our operations in the region. You will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing sales team, fostering strong client relationships, and strategically expanding our market presence in the freight forwarding industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership:

  • Build, lead, and motivate a results-driven sales team focused on achieving revenue targets and market share objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies, tactics, and action plans to drive business growth and exceed customer expectations.


Client Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the region.
  • Identify business opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to tailor solutions that meet the unique needs of clients.


Market Expansion:

  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth opportunities in the Abu Dhabi market.
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand the company's footprint and market share within the freight forwarding sector.


Performance Analysis and Reporting:

  • Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales and operational activities.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management, providing insights, recommendations, and updates on branch performance.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in senior sales management within the freight forwarding industry, with a track record of success in establishing and managing branch operations.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • In-depth knowledge of the freight forwarding market and regulatory environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to make sound business decisions.
