Skill Farm Members are invited to apply for the following role:

Responsibilities:

To assist Relationship Managers in addressing the customer queries on Bank's product and seek solution to their requests

To perform other tasks as assigned by Relationship Manager & GRM

Ensuring that all related documentations are processed in accordance with the Policy established and implemented by the Bank.

Perform, also working in a team, administrative activities related to customer management.

Pro-actively liaise with the customer in the management and resolution of problems and requests.

Ensure the quality of the work carried out, as well as compliance with the deadlines, intervening operationally in urgent transactions.

Ensure the proper management of customers guaranteeing internal compliance to the Bank's provisions for the regulatory framework as well as the Bank's other operating processes.

Support Relationship Managers in assessing the management trend and economic performance of the reference customer and activating the necessary corrective actions.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree or post graduate in Economics/Marketing/Business/Law or related field
  • Understanding of documentation and operating processes
  • Computer literacy
  • Good command of English
  • Customer and detail oriented
  • Analytical skill
  • Familiar with local laws, banking regulations and practices added advantage
  • Ability to understand and exploit financial information and databases
