TRAINING COORDINATOR

As an evolving function within NetWitness, this in an integral role that will support the Training Operations Manager to execute their key deliverables.

The overall team responsibilities includes implementation & enrichment of core strategic enablement programmes, such as (but not limited to): Sales Methodology, RAMP / New Hire Training, Everboarding, Product Launch Enablement, Sales Playbook Development, Education Services, Train The Trainer / Tribal Knowledge Framework, SKO, Optimization of Sales Tools & Systems, Improving the measurement of Enablement ROI, Partnering with sales leadership to provide just-in-time learning interventions, Soft Skills.

Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):

  • Uploading Education services learning content on portal and controlling visibility per audience type.
  • Generate weekly reports regarding learning consumption reports for sales forecast.
  • Manage and communicate engagement agreements, pricing, and technical logistics to the end-user customer.
  • Provide customer with education services information and assist with registrations, payments, credit redemptions, scheduling and rescheduling.
  • Identify and solve issues, resolve billing and unapplied payment, and ensure billing to customer by end cut off dates.
  • Support the multiple regions (AMER/APJ/EMEA) learning organization ensuring successful end-to-end program delivery of dedicated learning engagements.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Financial and analytical experience
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills and ability to prioritize workload.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience with Learning Management systems is a plus.
  • HTML coding is a plus (this will help us design our SABA Home page for different microsites)
  • Professional experience in a customer facing role (Customer Service or administrative).
  • Experience working with sales and external customers in different geos.
