Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment for all employees. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:

1. Facilities Management:

- Oversee office maintenance, including repairs and cleaning.

- Manage office supplies and inventory, and place orders as needed.

- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for office services and repairs.

2. Administrative Support:

- Provide general administrative support to all departments.

- Manage and distribute incoming mail and emails.

- Schedule meetings and maintain calendars for senior management.

3. Human Resources:

- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.

- Coordinate employee benefits and assist with personnel-related matters.

- Maintain employee records, including attendance and performance reviews.

4. Office Communication:

- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails.

- Ensure effective communication between departments and employees.

- Prepare and distribute internal memos and announcements.

5. Event Planning and Coordination:

- Organize company events and meetings, including venue selection and catering arrangements.

- Coordinate travel and accommodation for employees and clients.

- Assist in the planning and execution of team building activities.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software.

- Knowledge of human resources processes and procedures.

- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks.

- Professional and friendly demeanor.

- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is preferred.
