Job Purpose
Identify new customer leads, and pitch prospective customers. Maintaining good customer relations and pursuing new sales opportunities.
Responsibilities And Duties
- Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.
- Keeps manager informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily Sales reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Develop and implement special sales activities to reduce stock.
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
- Works well in a fast-paced workplace and is good at multi-tasking.
- Ensures that daily counts on fast moving items and other items as required are conducted consistently and that any discrepancies are reported immediately to the Operations Manager.

Knowledge, Skills and Competencies: Customer service, Meeting sales goals, Closing skills, Self-confidence and Product knowledge.
Educational Profile and Experience: BA/BS University degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales preferred. Two to Three years of Retail sales experience. A high school degree or equivalent is required.
Physical Demands: Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations and Excellent grooming standards.
Work Environment: Positive attitude and good communication skills and Able to get on with others and be a team-player.
Work Conditions: Working conditions can work flexible shift.
