• Monitor for the admin inventory, usage& utilization.
• Manage office boys' work and company cleanness.
• Manage office maintenance and other general activities.
• Participate in office space coordination and organization.
• Manage the transportation coordination (Availability, cleanness, drivers).
• Support the company events facility and coordinate the execution.
• Supervise subordinates, monitor, and prioritize workflow and schedules.
• Coordinate office organization; supplies, budgets, and records.
• Support in the purchase cycle and follow-up of the Mobile lines for the managers.
• Manage and handle the governmental approvals/ needed documents related to Admin and
Health& Safety.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Business Admin or relevant degrees.
• Years of experience: 8 - 10 years (In admin and facilities)
• Specific Technical & Practical Knowledge: A logistics certificate is preferred.
• Business, Market & Industry Knowledge: Any relevant experience.
