· Set the training plan according to staff assessment to all PC service staff from all sides Technical or non-technical, soft skills and English language training
· Prepare the annual training budget for PC service staff
· Ensure the conducted trainings are suitable, give an added value to all PC service staff and reach the required purpose of the training.
· Responsible for the preparation and organization of national skill contest with the academy. Also, to manage the training and preparation of the winner who will represent GB auto in the international skill contest.
· Coordinate with GB academy, OEM and other external training providers for all training matters which related to PC service staff
Ensure that training attendance does not below 92 % each month and present a monthly training report about all training activities for PC service staff
