Our client, On-Hire, is a leading electronics company, and they are currently seeking a Contact Center Agent to join their team.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and inquiries from clients and candidates.
  • Provide information and assistance to clients regarding job requirements, candidate profiles, and recruitment processes.
  • Respond to candidates' queries regarding job applications, interview schedules, and other related matters.
  • Accurately record and update client and candidate information in the company database.
  • Ensure timely and proper follow-up on all client and candidate interactions.
  • Collaborate with other team members to meet targets and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Maintain a professional and positive demeanor while assisting clients and candidates.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle client and candidate inquiries professionally.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Proficient computer skills and experience using CRM systems.
  • Prior experience in a contact center or customer service role is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is an advantage.
