Our client, On-Hire, is a leading electronics company, and they are currently seeking a Contact Center Agent to join their team.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries from clients and candidates.
- Provide information and assistance to clients regarding job requirements, candidate profiles, and recruitment processes.
- Respond to candidates' queries regarding job applications, interview schedules, and other related matters.
- Accurately record and update client and candidate information in the company database.
- Ensure timely and proper follow-up on all client and candidate interactions.
- Collaborate with other team members to meet targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor while assisting clients and candidates.
