Delivery Driver

·        Travel to local suppliers or markets to purchase the required materials based on the factory's specifications.

·        Arrange for the timely pickup of purchased fabrics or trims to avoid production delays

·        Ensure the fabric and trims meet quality standards and specifications before purchase.

·        Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers to secure the best deals for the factory.

·        Ensure that finished garments or fabrics are delivered to local customers within the agreed timeframe.

·        Safely load and unload goods to and from the vehicle, ensuring no damage occurs during these processes.

·        Keep accurate delivery logs, including customer signatures, delivery times, and any issues encountered.

·        Maintain records of all purchases, including quantities, prices, and supplier information.

·        Communicate effectively with suppliers and customers to confirm orders, pickup times, and any changes.

·        Inform customers about delivery schedules and handle any special delivery instructions or requests.

·        Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and ensuring a positive delivery experience.

·        Address any issues during procurement or delivery, such as delays, quality concerns, or logistical challenges.

·        Help with minor trimming tasks, such as cutting loose threads.

·        Assist with ironing tasks during peak production times

·        Organize packing materials such as boxes, bags, labels, and tags

·        Help pack finished garments according to customer specifications

·        Maintain open communication with the production team to understand their needs.
