Job Description:
- We are seeking a Masa Operator Trainee to join our manufacturing team.
- The Masa Operator Trainee will be responsible for learning and operating the masa production equipment to ensure the efficient and accurate production of masa products.
- This role will involve following standard operating procedures, monitoring equipment performance, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Learn and operate masa production equipment.
- Follow standard operating procedures for masa production.
- Monitor equipment performance and make adjustments as necessary.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Assist in quality control and product testing.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Physical ability to lift and move equipment as needed.
