Support the AMIO regional performance through: (1) Used Cars/Fleet/GKA sales forecast planning, (2) market level fleet business support, (3) market level GKA business support, (4) market level used car business support, (5) market level NIC operations support, (6) market/model level RV support, (7) key management reports/BP cycle support, (8) preparation of AMIO/AMIEO business review meetings, (9) market model-level LTS monitoring (10) market order tracking & cost control management

Principal Accountabilities

Key responsibilities of the job, and key KPIs, this may include any project / budget or team management responsibilities and the extent of inter-departmental collaboration where applicable.

3.1 Principle Responsibilities

  • Support the AMIO Sub-Regional Performance through:
  • Fleet/GKA/Used Car Business Planning & Forecasting:
    • Coordination & negotiation on monthly forecast preparation for focus AMIO markets
    • Task requires close proximity working cross-functionally & with respective market teams

  • Market level Fleet Business Management:
    • Close coordination and collaboration with focus AMIO markets to optimize fleet business
    • Task requires close proximity working cross-functionally & with respective market teams

  • Market level GKA Business Management:
    • Close coordination and collaboration with focus AMIO markets to optimize GKA business
    • Task requires close proximity working cross-functionally & with respective market teams

  • Market level Used Car Business Management:
    • Close coordination and collaboration with focus AMIO markets to optimize UC business
    • Task requires close proximity working cross-functionally & with respective market teams

  • Market level NIC Operations Management:
    • Close coordination and collaboration with focus AMIO markets to align with NIC standards and implement guidelines into market UC operations
    • Task requires close proximity working cross-functionally & with respective market teams

  • Market/Model level RV Management:
    • Close coordination and collaboration with focus AMIO markets to align on RV mind-set and implement processes and systems to track and enhance model-wise RV
    • Task requires close proximity working cross-functionally & with respective market teams

  • M&S KPI Reporting:
    • Monthly/BP sales performance KPI tracking and reporting to business functions (Finance/PD/CMM/Sales/Comms/MSPP etc.) & regional/global leadership teams
    • Task requires close coordination and consultation within SPP team members and markets to ensure accuracy, quality, and time efficiency

  • Customer Order Tracking / Customer Order Bank:
    • Market coordination and alignment on fleet/GKA/UC business COT/COB run-rate and monitoring vs targets
    • Task requires close coordination and follow-ups with markets and AMIO central functions like Marketing, PD, CMM, and MSPP team to ensure on-track performance or highlight challenges

  • TIV Monitoring and Analysis:
    • Track UC/Fleet TIV/Segmentation trends and market/model performance where applicable and available to identify business opportunities and challenges
    • Task requires close proximity working cross-functionally (Marketing) & with SPP team members

  • NIC standards & network count

Minimum requirements necessary to fulfil the duties of the job.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor degree, ideally in marketing/management or a related discipline

RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • At least +7 years of relevant experience in sales & business development within areas of:
    • operations management
    • sales & volume planning
    • target monitoring & tracking
    • process & standards implementation

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • High capability in data analysis, data management, and presentation delivery
