Role Summary

The Senior Manager - Employee Experience and Internal Communication is in charge of orchestrating and transforming the entire employee journey within the organization. You will bear the responsibility of cultivating meaningful interactions and fostering engagement, ensuring that employees have a positive experience throughout their tenure, from their initial onboarding to their departure. Your wide-ranging set of responsibilities and accountabilities extend across various areas, including employee engagement, innovation, strategic planning, culture programs, onboarding, offboarding, and more.

The primary objective of this role is to assume a central position in shaping the organization's strategic course and driving impactful initiatives that are vital to the company's success. These multifaceted responsibilities encompass a diverse array of strategic functions, each carrying substantial significance in advancing the organization's objectives.

ROLE PROFILE

  • Capture every aspect of the employee journey, from onboarding to offboarding, to create a holistic experience.
  • Continuously monitor and gauge employee experience and engagement through various channels such as surveys, peer-to-peer chat, etc.
  • Compile survey results and provide actionable recommendations to senior management.
  • Develop, implement strategic, provide support to countries, and maintain the implementation and success of employee engagement programs that recognize performance achievements and service anniversaries.
  • Create and execute yearly, data-driven employee engagement strategies and calendar of activities and initiatives that promote a culture of high engagement and align with the organization's goals.
  • Supervise, coach, and support the employee engagement champions operating in all 16 countries.
  • Lead and manage the implementation of the employee discount program to benefit all countries and employees.
  • Drive sustainability initiatives that align with corporate social responsibility goals, contributing to a positive brand image and environmental stewardship
  • Drive diversity and inclusion efforts by overseeing initiatives of the Diversity & Inclusion council, maintaining communication with 17 council members across all markets, supporting, monitoring actions, and delivering progress reports to the council chair and vice chair.
  • Craft customized engagement surveys to collect valuable insights and data, subsequently construct action plans, and execute them effectively.
  • Lead the annual Organizational Health Index (OHI) survey collaborate with and offer guidance to 16 countries in crafting action plans, oversee their progress through implementation, and deliver regular updates to management.
  • Lead, manage, and execute culture projects within the company for 16 countries, providing strategic input on business direction and resource planning.
  • Collaborate closely with global Human Capital teams, acting as an internal advisor and driving initiatives and ensure implementation and cascade across all markets for the entire population.
  • Lead and oversee the annual innovation challenge, OIC, across 16 countries to fuel innovation and creativity within the organization.
  • Oversee and lead the Onboarding, Offboarding, and Employee Engagement team at the corporate Head Office. Ensure seamless onboarding of new employees, dignified departures, and sustained employee engagement

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management or Business Administration
  • 10+ years of professional experience with an emphasis on employee engagement, employee experience, internal communication, organizational effectiveness, or other related HR disciplines
  • Functional knowledge in designing and implementing surveys
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Result Oriented and Highly organized with strong multitasking skills
  • The candidate should have experience managing projects from initiation to completion.
