Overview of the job

You will act as an internal, active and influential business strategy consultant, whose role it is to ensure that consumer and shopper insights, as well as analytics are the foundations of our business strategy and execution. You will be part of a multi-functional business team, working closely with Brand Management, Finance, Sales, Research & Development, and others, constantly exploring new opportunities for business growth. Your role of Analytics & Insights Manager belongs to the broader Brand Function and will be well positioned within a multifunctional team.

Your team

This role reports to the Director of Analytics and Insights and the team has other A&I managers who also work for other brands. The team reports into our Senior Director of Analytics and Insights, who reports into the Senior Vice President of the organization unit.

How Success Looks Like

Ability to lead deep consumer insights work to uncover growth opportunities for a top brand of the company Delivery significant analytics on all superiority vectors of our brand by demonstrating data, internal and external, as well as setting up and analyzing researches. Lead critical qualitative and quantitative analysis on business questions by coordinating with external vendors and having sharp skills to moderate as well as to set up the right quantitative studies Upskill and invest in self training on key skills to win on the job. Continuously challenge the status quo on all the capabilities and bring the best of out them along with influencing key business partners.

Responsibilities Of The Role

  • Determine top insights based projects and lead them end to end
  • Conduct critical researches both internal and external and both quantitative and qualitative in nature
  • Deliver critical analysis using multiple data sets to understand drivers and drainers of business
  • Influence business partners to make the right business decisions which are consumer centric
  • Analyze trends and patterns and delivery key data strategies that influence our end to end marketing and sales organizations
