Our Maximus Customer Connect Officer Serves as the initial point of contact a job seeker may speak to who is interested in the programme – responsible for establishing a friendly, professional tone that reflects well on both Maximus and the HRA.

Responsibilities

  • Guides Job Seekers (especially job seekers who are not confident with self-serve digital channels) through their registration and engagement process.
  • Answers job seeker questions (and occasionally other stakeholders who reach out).
  • Connects job seekers to an Employment Coach.
  • Perform data entry, as caller is providing information over the phone, in accordance with established individual objectives and defined quality levels.
  • Meet or exceed performance indicators as defined for this position.
  •  Operate IT and general office equipment under general direction to include Networked Computer, Telephone, and Headset.
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned by management.
