Then you might be the Digital Nomad Talent Sourcer we are looking for at DailyStaffWorks Dubai! In this role, you are responsible for identifying and attracting top talent for the Belgian market – all from the comfort of your own location. Whether it's Bali, Ibiza, or Rome, anything is possible.

How We Work:

You will be part of a dynamic team of 14 people, including the recruiting manager, job marketeer, sales representatives, talent sourcers, and recruiters.

Our Model:

• As a Talent Sourcer, you conduct pre-screening and present the most suitable candidates to the recruiters.
• Every resume you forward is a match.
• You play a crucial role in finding the right candidates and support the entire recruitment process.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to identify and attract highly qualified candidates.
• Proactively search for candidates through various channels, such as social media, job boards, and networks.
• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates via video conferencing.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates through social media and other online networks.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in talent sourcing.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand and meet their staffing needs.
