About the location:

This stunning resort-style hotel opened in June 2007 and has a combination of classic hotel design and modern and contemporary beach suites and villas. Our hotel is connected to a shopping mall, it has 154 rooms including 31 Suites, 30 Beach Suites and 6 Villas with private pools, a private beach, a sea water infinity beach pool and a heated indoor pool, Spa and Fitness Center, and 10 food and beverage venues including an open-air 350 seat beach restaurant.

People and Culture Coordinator

Four Seasons Hotel Alexandria is looking for a People and Culture Coordinator who will provide support to People & culture Department and respond to inquiries in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum employee, applicant or vendor satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.

What Will You Do

  • The ability to treat all employees in a friendly and courteous manner the employees are our guests.
  • The ability to process confidential information without compromising the nature of the material or information.
  • The ability to answer telephone calls (keeping with Four Seasons Regent standards), offering information, verifying present/past employment & handling personal calls for employees.
  • The ability to greet applicants and employees and handle all questions in a friendly manner.
  • The ability to screen applicants, do reference checks, forward applications to Department Heads and Division Heads, mail form letters, process new hires, and complete new hire files.
  • The ability to process and route incoming and outgoing mail including all communication with Home Office.
  • The ability to check the office mail a minimum of twice daily.

What Will You Bring

  • High school education or equivalent experience
  • Ability to read, speak, and write English.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in People and Culture with 1 year in Talent Acquisition and knowledge of digital marketing.
