As an Operation Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing various operational tasks to ensure smooth and efficient business operations. Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate daily operational activities, including order processing, inventory management, and logistics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational processes and implement improvements
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment
- Process and track customer orders, ensuring accurate and on-time delivery
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to orders or deliveries
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all operational activities
- Assist in the analysis of operational data and preparation of reports
- Support the team with ad-hoc operational tasks as needed

- 1 - 2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities

- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
