Requirements:
- Master's degree in Law or relevant certification;
- 4+ years of proven experience as a Legal Advisor or similar role;
- In-depth understanding and experience in providing legal advice on B2B and B2B contracts;
- Strong knowledge of commercial and business law, including corporate law, contract law, intellectual property, data protection, and regulatory compliance;
- Experience in drafting and revising contracts, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to identify and mitigate legal risks;
- Familiarity with international law and experience in revising and creating contracts with companies based in various jurisdictions, such as the UK, UAE, and others;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and provide practical legal solutions.
- Offer professional legal counsel and guidance regarding B2B and B2C contracts, ensuring adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and company policies;
- Provide expert advice on corporate law matters, including corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and compliance with corporate regulations;
- Thoroughly examine and modify existing contracts to address any legal or regulatory issues, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and safeguarding the company's interests;
- Collaborate with internal teams like business development, finance, and procurement to identify legal risks and develop effective contract strategies;
- Work closely with external legal partners, such as law firms and attorneys, to acquire specialized legal advice and assistance as needed;
- Stay updated on changes in relevant laws, regulations, and industry practices, and proactively communicate these updates to the appropriate internal stakeholders;
- Research and analyze legal issues related to international law, particularly in relation to contract creation and revision with companies based in UK, UAE, and other jurisdictions.
