Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze Profit & Loss statements.
  • Identify financial performance drivers and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with Brand and accounting teams for accurate financial reporting.
  • Conduct business analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Develop business intelligence tools and dashboards.
  • Support strategic planning and operational decisions with data-driven insights.
  • Assist in developing and implementing business strategies.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Lead and participate in projects to improve business processes.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates.

Desired Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Experience as a Business Analyst or similar role; GCC experience is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of P&L management and financial principles.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with high accuracy.
