Concrete Assistant engineers are civil engineers who specialize in the design and analysis of structures that require concrete. Their main responsibility is to ensure the safety, integrity, and durability of concrete structures such as tanks, Residential, commercial, Hospitals, and towers buildings.

Core Responsibilities

To perform this role successfully, the individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

  • Carry our analysis and design of building structures using software like Etabs/SAFE, STAAD,SAP, Prokon, PCA, RAM .
  • Ensure compliance with Atkins Realis Quality Management Procedures.
  • Deliver projects on time and to quality.
  • Be highly self-motivated and ambitious.
  • Be able to build excellent working relationships with colleagues.
  • Have experience of using written and spoken English within a business environment.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Structure department
  • Excellent graduation at Concrete Project is preferable.
  • Experience of 2+ years working in Design office, designing building structures.
  • Familiarity with Concrete codes IS/BS, ACI, SBC, ECP, AISC Codes of Practice.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A flexible attitude to both the type of work undertaken and the level of responsibility given
  • Flexible approach to work location
