We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, with a preference for candidates who are fluent in Arabic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the management team.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is in working order.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders professionally and courteously.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the office.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Fluency in Arabic is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
