Minimum Qualification

Document Controller Job Description

  • Completion of Bachelor’s degree Education followed by 3-year formal training leading to a secretarial diploma.
  • Computer proficiency Certificate

Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills

  • 10 years’ experience in secretarial work.
  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • Worked with Senior Management
  • Has good knowledge for computer application MS software such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint Presentation, and other related software.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Maintains organized and updated documents for a business using document management software.
  • Receive and register all incoming project related documents.
  • Register and dispatch all outgoing project related documents.
  • Complete and submit document transmittals as required.
  • uploading or scanning paper documents, obtaining documents, and ensuring proper and secure storage.
