As a Property Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting our property management team by handling various administrative and operational tasks. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to ensure the smooth operation of our properties.

As a Property Associate, you will play a crucial role in managing our diverse portfolio of rental properties, ensuring smooth operations and tenant satisfaction. You will work closely with property owners, tenants, and the management team to maintain high standards of property management.

Property Management:

  • Oversee a range of rental properties, including residential apartments, commercial spaces, and mixed-use developments.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and property maintenance requirements.
  • Address tenant concerns and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair work, ensuring timely completion and quality service.

Reporting:

  • Generate and provide detailed reports on property performance, including occupancy rates, financial summaries, and maintenance issues.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports for internal review and for property owners.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to property management.

Lease Administration:

  • Prepare and manage Ejari contracts, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Draft and review offer-to-lease documents, lease agreements, and addendums.
  • Assist with lease renewals, terminations, and amendments.

Tenant and Client Relations:

  • Act as the main point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Facilitate tenant onboarding and move-in processes, including property walkthroughs and document preparation.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants and property owners.

Administrative Support:

  • Maintain accurate records of property-related transactions, including rent payments, security deposits, and maintenance requests.
  • Assist with the preparation of property marketing materials and advertising strategies.
  • Collaborate with the team on special projects and property management initiatives.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Proven 3-4 years experience in administrative or property management roles.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of local property management regulations and best practices.
  • Customer service-oriented with the ability to handle tenant inquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaborate effectively with a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant certification in property management (e.g., RERA, CPM) is a plus.
  • Previous experience in managing commercial properties.
  • Familiarity with local real estate market trends and regulations.
