We are seeking a highly organized and motivated tele-sales to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, handling pre-sales and tele-sales activities, and ensuring smooth communication between the sales team and potential clients.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce products/services and generate interest.
- Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospects via phone and email to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
- Maintain detailed records of call activities, customer interactions, and sales progress.
- Achieve weekly and monthly tele-sales targets.

*Qualifications:*
- Experience in tele-sales is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration or related field is preferred.
Experience: 2-5 Years
