Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Specialist Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity for senior-year college students to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As an intern, you will work closely with our Finance team to support various financial operations and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Support the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Conduct data analysis to identify financial trends and opportunities.
- Help manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Participate in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reviews.
- Support the Finance team in daily accounting tasks and reconciliations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of financial controls and procedures.

- Currently enrolled in the senior year of a Bachelor’s degree program in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new financial systems and practices.
- Ability to commit to a minimum of 3 months for the internship.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with financial modeling and data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Experience with financial software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
- Basic understanding of Salesforce CRM.
