This resource will be responsible to carry out the following activities:

Assess the current process to manage compliance, current challenges and the state of compliance with Mastercard mandates;
Assess Clients current state in terms of ICA (MPGS) compliance;
Categorize mandates in terms of action areas and criticality/impact;
Identify high-priority areas to be addressed and in collaboration with Client team, develop an action plan to tackle high-priority compliance gaps;
Develop a compliance tracking template (Compliance Tracker) to enhance management visibility regarding (areas to be addressed, owner functions, deadlines, and potential penalties) and generate a monthly tracker (2 rounds);
Handover the Compliance Tracker to the assigned Client team; and
Propose an enhanced governance process to improve compliance level including internal and external parties.
