Talent Acquisition Specialist

This position is on behalf of one of our client companies, not a direct role with Imploy Egypt

We're seeking a passionate and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. You'll play a key role in attracting, sourcing, and acquiring top talent to fuel our company's growth.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
• Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels (online platforms, professional networks, etc.).
• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and shortlist the best candidates for hiring managers.
• Manage the interview process, scheduling appointments and coordinating logistics.
• Prepare and deliver compelling offer packages to attract top talent.
• Build strong relationships with potential and existing employees, fostering a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.
• Proven ability to source and attract high-caliber candidates.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.
• A passion for building relationships and fostering a positive work environment.
