We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage administrative and legal responsibilities, particularly in liaising with third-party entities such as government agencies, vendors, business partners, and law firms. The PRO ensures efficient handling of company registrations, renewals, and compliance with government regulations crucial for seamless company operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to inquiries about PRO functions and provide productive feedback.
  • Assist in resolving issues with company registration and renewals.
  • Support administrative and legal departments by recommending best practices for obtaining residency permits and other necessary documents.
  • Manage documentation related to employee residency permits, visas, licenses, and other legal requirements.
  • Liaise with various government agencies, including police stations, MOHRE, RTA, LABOR, DED, DUCAMZ, Dubai Court, Land Department, Etisalat, utility companies, and the Municipality.
  • Stay updated on local rules and regulations, particularly those related to the aforementioned departments and agencies.
  • Support HR and other administrative functions as needed.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by supervisors or management.


Required Skills And Qualifications

  • Fluency in Arabic and English, with strong communication skills in both languages.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree (Preferred).
  • Proven negotiation skills and critical thinking abilities.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a PRO or in a similar business service role.
  • In-depth understanding of local regulations pertaining to RTA, MOHRE, Courts, and other government agencies.
  • Ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships with various stakeholders.


Additional Information

  • Travel to different government agencies and locations as required.
  • Flexibility to work outside regular business hours when necessary.
  • Possession of a valid UAE driving license is required.
