Position: Legal and Administrative Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Legal and Administrative Manager to oversee our administrative operations and ensure legal compliance. The ideal candidate will manage legal responsibilities, including liaising with third-party entities such as government agencies, vendors, business partners, and law firms.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, including office management, procurement, facilities maintenance, vendor management, and team task management.
  • Develop and implement efficient administrative policies, procedures, and workflows to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
  • Supervise administrative staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and adherence to organizational standards.
  • Manage budgets and expenses related to administrative functions, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with financial policies.


Legal Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards governing the company's operations in Dubai and the UAE.
  • Manage the legal team and cases.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts, agreements, and legal documents, including but not limited to client contracts, vendor agreements, and leases.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to senior management on a wide range of legal matters, including corporate governance, employment law, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance.
  • Manage legal disputes and litigation, collaborating with external legal counsel when necessary to represent the company's interests.


Liaison and Representation:

  • Act as liaison and company representative experienced in navigating and expediting matters related to:
    • Police station, MOHRE, RTA, LABOR, DED, DUCAMZ (will be an advantage), Dubai Court, Land Department, Etisalat, utility companies, Municipality, law firms, contracting companies, maintenance companies, supplies, and general trading companies.


Required Skills And Qualifications

  • Fluency in Arabic and English, with strong communication skills in both languages.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree (Preferred).
  • Proven negotiation skills and critical thinking abilities.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a PRO or in a similar business service role.
  • In-depth understanding of local regulations pertaining to RTA, MOHRE, Courts, and other government agencies.
  • Ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships with various stakeholders.


Additional Information

  • Travel to different government agencies and locations as required.
  • Flexibility to work outside regular business hours when necessary.
  • Possession of a valid UAE driving license is required.
