As a Consultant or Specialist in Geriatric Medicine at SearchPlus HR, you will have the opportunity to provide specialized medical care to elderly patients. You will diagnose and treat age-related diseases and conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans to enhance the health and well-being of our geriatric population.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough geriatric assessments, including evaluating cognitive, physical, and functional abilities
- Diagnose and treat common geriatric conditions, such as dementia, osteoporosis, and cardiovascular diseases
- Develop personalized treatment plans, considering the unique needs and preferences of each patient
- Prescribe medications, manage treatments, and provide guidance on lifestyle modifications
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for geriatric patients
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on geriatric health issues, preventive measures, and self-care practices
- Stay updated with advancements in geriatric medicine, research, and best practices

متطلبات الوظيفة
- Medical degree and valid license to practice as a Consultant or Specialist in Geriatric Medicine
- Completion of a recognized residency program in Geriatric Medicine
- Demonstrated expertise in diagnosing and treating geriatric-specific diseases and conditions
- In-depth knowledge of geriatric medicine principles, guidelines, and evidence-based practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with elderly patients, their families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Exemplary organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills focused on geriatric medicine
