Specific Accountabilities:

  • Create transfer orders from all production facilities to central buffers, including tracking Direct Store Delivery (DSD) and managing related documentation for orders and transport.
  • Print inventory count sheets and work with warehouse staff to reconcile inventories daily, ensuring FIFO (First In, First Out) is followed.
  • Coordinate the pick releases and pick slips for each delivery day by customer and carrier.
  • Organize and coordinate the supply, storage, and distribution of goods, serving as a liaison between departments, customers, and carriers.
  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking shipments.
  • Communicate load requirements both externally and internally to key stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Analyze data, report performance, identify logistical problems, and assist in developing improvement plans.
  • Investigate and resolve delivery concerns raised by the Sales and Retail Departments to maintain and improve customer satisfaction according to SLAs.
  • Report warehouse pick accuracy and rate, as well as on-time carrier reporting by warehouse and customer.
  • Manage inventory movement under the direction of the Logistics Supervisor (including RMAs and sub transfers).
  • Process VQA requirements for sub-inventory movements (e.g., Sales Hold, Bottle Aging).
  • Provide administrative support to the Logistics Team as required.
  • Perform and document all quantity and quality inspections under the direction of the Logistics Supervisor.
  • Provide excellent internal and external customer service.
  • Handle miscellaneous receipts/distribution of equipment and materials into Oracle.
  • Support physical counts at various locations as required.
  • Track and file all HACCP required documents for the Logistics Department.
  • Attend all required meetings as directed by the Logistics Supervisor.
  • Follow all safe work procedures and practices, reporting any unsafe conditions/hazards to the Logistics Supervisor.
  • Assist with customer order picking when needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in Production/Manufacturing or Business Administration preferred.
  • Ability to manage large volumes of order processing, as measured by order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Forklift/Electric Pallet Jack experience.
  • Proficient in the use of computers, Microsoft Office, and ERP systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be legally entitled to work in Dubai without restriction.
