As a Consultant/Specialist Plastic Surgeon at SearchPlus HR, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional plastic surgical care to our clients. You will be responsible for providing both cosmetic and reconstructive surgical solutions to patients, helping them enhance their appearance and improve their quality of life.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients' medical history, goals, and expectations for plastic surgery procedures
- Develop personalized treatment plans and surgical strategies
- Perform cosmetic procedures, such as breast augmentation, facelifts, and liposuction
- Perform reconstructive procedures, such as breast reconstruction, scar revisions, and cleft lip repairs
- Utilize advanced surgical techniques, technologies, and instruments to achieve optimal results
- Monitor post-operative progress and provide appropriate follow-up care
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and comprehensive patient care
- Stay updated on the latest advancements and research in the field of plastic surgery through continuous learning and professional development

- Medical degree and valid license to practice as a Consultant/Specialist Plastic Surgeon
- Proven experience in performing a wide range of cosmetic and reconstructive procedures
- Expertise in advanced plastic surgery techniques, technologies, and instruments
- Strong knowledge of the latest developments in plastic surgery
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and colleagues
- Detail-oriented mindset and ability to prioritize and manage multiple cases simultaneously
