SearchPlus HR, a well-established human resources consulting firm, is currently seeking a talented and experienced Specialist Consultant Maternal and Fetal Medicine. As a Specialist Consultant Maternal and Fetal Medicine, you will play a critical role in providing advanced medical care to pregnant women and their unborn babies. Your expertise in managing high-risk pregnancies and diagnosing fetal abnormalities will contribute to the health and well-being of our patients.
In this role, you will evaluate and monitor pregnant patients, perform specialized diagnostic tests, provide comprehensive prenatal care, and offer advanced interventions when necessary. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals is crucial to ensuring the best possible outcomes for both mother and baby.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate pregnant patients' medical history, perform prenatal examinations, and interpret diagnostic tests
- Diagnose and manage high-risk pregnancies, including those with pre-existing medical conditions and complications
- Perform specialized procedures, such as genetic counseling, chorionic villus sampling, and fetal echocardiography
- Provide comprehensive prenatal care, including monitoring fetal growth and development
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Educate patients and their families about pregnancy-related conditions, treatment options, and self-care strategies
- Participate in research and contribute to the advancement of maternal and fetal medicine

- Medical degree and valid license to practice as a Specialist Consultant Maternal and Fetal Medicine
- Completion of a recognized fellowship program in Maternal and Fetal Medicine
- Proven experience in managing high-risk pregnancies and diagnosing fetal abnormalities
- Expertise in utilizing advanced diagnostic tests and procedures in maternal and fetal medicine
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and colleagues
