We are currently seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Interventional Cardiologist to join our team. As an Interventional Cardiologist, you will play a key role in diagnosing and treating patients with cardiovascular diseases through various interventional procedures. This includes performing angiography, cardiac catheterization, percutaneous coronary intervention, and other interventional techniques. In addition to performing procedures, you will also be responsible for interpreting and analyzing test results such as echocardiography, stress tests, EKGs, and holter monitors. You may also be involved in the insertion and management of intra-arterial lines, central venous lines, and intra-aortic balloon pumps. The ideal candidate for this position should be fellowship trained and board certified in Adult Cardiovascular Disease, as well as fellowship trained and board certified or eligible in Interventional Cardiology. Solid experience in interventional cardiology is preferred, along with at least Level 2 training in nuclear cardiology, echocardiography, and preferably vascular ultrasonography. A medical degree and eligibility for unrestricted medical licensure are required, and Level 3 training in cardiac catheterization and intervention is preferred.
