Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Specialist Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity for senior-year college students to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As an intern, you will work closely with our Business Development team to support various initiatives and strategies aimed at expanding our client base and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying and researching potential clients and business opportunities.
  • Support the development and execution of outreach campaigns to generate leads.
  • Help prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and competitive insights.
  • Participate in networking events and industry conferences to build relationships.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop promotional materials and content.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with client information and interactions.

  • Currently enrolled in the senior year of a Bachelor’s degree program in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new business development strategies.
  • Ability to commit to a minimum of 3 months for the internship.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or other CRM systems.
  • Experience with sales and marketing tools and techniques.
  • Knowledge of business development and sales processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
