Information Technology Project Manager

We seek a passionate and experienced IT Project Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving the success of our technology initiatives. You'll leverage your expertise to manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet deadlines, budget constraints, and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Manage project budgets and mitigate risks to ensure financial viability.
• Lead and motivate IT teams, fostering collaboration and clear communication.
• Oversee all aspects of project execution, including development, testing, and deployment.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular project updates.
• Identify and resolve project challenges proactively and implement effective solutions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven track record of successfully delivering IT projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Expertise in project planning, scheduling, and risk management tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
