Job Summary:

The E-commerce Executive is responsible for managing and optimizing the online presence and sales of our brands. This includes maintaining our website, managing listings on third-party platforms such as Amazon and Noon, and strategically expanding our product offerings to maximize e-commerce potential. The role demands a keen eye for identifying market trends and the ability to work collaboratively with the marketing team to drive sales and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Website Management:
    • Ensure the website is functional, up-to-date, and user-friendly.
    • Regularly update product listings and content to reflect current offerings and promotions.
  • Third-Party Platform Management:
    • Oversee the operation and performance of our products on platforms like Amazon and Noon.
    • Optimize listings to maximize visibility and sales through effective SEO practices and merchandising.
  • Product Selection and Optimization:
    • Analyze product performance to identify strong candidates for e-commerce sales.
    • Recommend new products or categories based on market trends and e-commerce suitability.
    • Coordinate with procurement to source and list new products as identified.
  • Sales and Marketing Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the Marketing Manager to strategize and implement effective pay-per-click (PPC) and organic advertising campaigns.
    • Ensure all digital marketing efforts are aligned with sales strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
    • Track and report on e-commerce metrics, including sales data, website traffic, and conversion rates.
    • Use data to inform decisions and strategies to improve sales performance and customer engagement.
Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies including SEO, PPC, and social media marketing.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, and marketplaces such as Amazon and Noon.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to derive insights from data.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
