Job Summary

Manages sales teams correlations and facilitate communication between sales executives, sales management team, category management team and marketing team. He/She is responsible for supporting the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, communicating relevant information, and ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of the sales department. This role plays a key part in facilitating and coordinating the sales process, reporting and analyzing data, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring the timely delivery of products.

Job Description

The candidate should possess strong Excel skills, as they will be required to manage and analyze data efficiently.

Assist the sales team with daily operations and administrative tasks.

Prepare and follow up on sales quotations made for clients.

Handle processing of orders, checks, and inquiries from clients.

Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.

Address customer complaints and ensure effective resolution.

Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and ongoing business.

Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless operations.

Provide information about products, prices, availability, and delivery schedules.

Manage and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.

Handle administrative duties such as filing, copying, and managing correspondence.

Support the sales team with any additional tasks as required.
