Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects.
  • Ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and monitor progress.
  • Supervise and manage on-site personnel including subcontractors, engineers, and laborers.
  • Provide guidance and support to the site team, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to ensure clear communication and address any issues.
  • Ensure that construction work complies with design specifications and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of the worksite.
  • Address any non-compliance issues promptly.
  • Enforce safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions.
  • Investigate and report on any accidents or incidents on site.
  • Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in construction site management.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
  • Solid understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
