About The Role:
An Account Director will be responsible for managing and expanding our client accounts, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. You will serve as the main point of contact for our clients, developing and maintaining strong relationships while providing strategic guidance and overseeing the execution of account plans. This role requires exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, as well as a deep understanding of our industry and the ability to drive results.
Job Description
- Manage overall agency /client relationship providing strategic input while guiding teams towards the achievement of client objectives.
- Create effective digital strategies and work collaboratively with the planning and creative teams to develop and execute digital strategies.
- Manage program execution and financial performance while ensuring that overall strategy is sound and on point.
- Build teams, think strategically, and develop successful client-agency relationships.
- Establish rapport and maintain long-term relationships with client champion and executives.
- Ensure tactical alignment with stated goals, objectives, and strategy.
- Prioritize & set expectations on key deliverables.
- Utilize sound project management processes and tools to install project management discipline and work collaboratively with other team members.
- Effectively manage projects to deliver on Cost, Quality, and Timing targets
- Assist in new business pitches and identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
- Stay updated with digital marketing and e-commerce trends, especially those unique to the Saudi market.
