NAOS Solutions is seeking a talented
Data Analyst to join our reporting department. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing call center data to provide valuable insights and support decision-making processes.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze call center data to identify trends and patterns
- Generate reports and dashboards to visualize key metrics and performance indicators
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve call center operations and customer service
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize call center efficiency
- Utilize MSSQL and MySQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Present findings and recommendations using PowerPoint.
- Create and manage complex Excel models and queries.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis for call centers
Requirements:
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
- Minimum 6 months of experience as a Data Analyst
- Excellent knowledge of Python
- Good understanding of APIs and webhooks
- Proficient in Power BI, MySQL, and Excel
- Tableau and MSSQL knowledge is a plus
- Experience with Power Query is essential
- Experience in working with large datasets
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data interpretation
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced call center environment
- English level: Fluent - Advanced
