NAOS Solutions is seeking a talented Data Analyst to join our reporting department. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing call center data to provide valuable insights and support decision-making processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze call center data to identify trends and patterns
  • Generate reports and dashboards to visualize key metrics and performance indicators
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve call center operations and customer service
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize call center efficiency
  • Utilize MSSQL and MySQL for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Present findings and recommendations using PowerPoint.
  • Create and manage complex Excel models and queries.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis for call centers


Requirements:

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
  • Minimum 6 months of experience as a Data Analyst
  • Excellent knowledge of Python
  • Good understanding of APIs and webhooks
  • Proficient in Power BI, MySQL, and Excel
  • Tableau and MSSQL knowledge is a plus
  • Experience with Power Query is essential
  • Experience in working with large datasets
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data interpretation
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced call center environment
  • English level: Fluent - Advanced
