Responsibilities
- Become the User Expert: Conduct user research using a variety of methods like surveys, interviews, usability testing, and card sorting. Uncover user needs, pain points, and aspirations through in-depth analysis.
- Turn Data into Actionable Insights: Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends and patterns. Translate these findings into clear, concise reports and presentations that inform design decisions.
- Collaborate for Success: Partner with product managers, designers, and developers throughout the design process. Communicate research insights effectively, fostering a user-centered approach to product development.
- Research Rockstar: Develop and manage research plans, ensuring projects stay on track and meet deadlines. Stay at the forefront of UX research by exploring new methodologies and tools.
- The Power of Storytelling: Craft compelling presentations, reports, and workshops to share research findings with stakeholders.

متطلبات الوظيفة
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in UX research.
- Strong foundation in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Proven experience with user research tools and techniques (surveys, interviews, usability testing).
- A keen eye for detail with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to bridge the gap between research and design.
- Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
