Job Summary:
Moris Media is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will excel in identifying and generating new business leads, driving sales opportunities, and supporting the growth of our organization. You will be responsible for developing and executing lead generation strategies, utilizing various tools and techniques to capture potential clients, and contributing to the overall success of our marketing and sales efforts.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead Identification: Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to identify potential clients and business opportunities. Utilize various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and industry events.
- Data Mining: Conduct research and data mining to identify potential leads and gather relevant contact information. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
- Lead Qualification: Evaluate and qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they meet the requirements for conversion into potential sales opportunities.
- Campaign Management: Create and manage lead generation campaigns, including email marketing, social media ads, and content marketing initiatives. Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies as needed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business objectives. Provide insights and feedback to improve lead generation processes and strategies.
- Reporting: Track and analyze lead generation metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies. Prepare regular reports on lead generation performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with potential leads through follow-up communications and personalized outreach. Foster trust and credibility with prospects to enhance lead conversion rates.

- Lead Generation Expertise: Proven ability to generate high-quality leads through various channels and techniques.
- Research Skills: Strong research and data mining skills to identify potential leads and gather relevant information.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective outreach and relationship building.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze lead generation data and metrics to optimize strategies and improve performance.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems and lead management tools for tracking and managing leads.
- Campaign Management: Knowledge of lead generation campaign management, including email marketing and social media advertising.
Qualification:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-7 years of experience in lead generation or a similar role, with a proven track record of successful lead generation and conversion.
- Skills: Strong expertise in lead generation strategies, research, communication, and CRM tools.
