Micah Solutions FZE is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PMR) Specialist to join our team. As a PMR Specialist, you will play a key role in helping patients restore and improve their physical functioning, mobility, and quality of life. You will develop comprehensive treatment plans and provide specialized therapies and interventions to patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and other conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to evaluate physical abilities, limitations, and goals.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs and conditions.
- Provide specialized therapies and interventions, such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and electrotherapy.
- Prescribe assistive devices, prosthetics, and adaptive equipment to enhance patients' mobility and independence.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on self-care techniques and home exercise programs.
- Monitor and evaluate patients' progress throughout the course of treatment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Requirements:
- Medical degree and completion of a residency program in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PMR).
- Valid license to practice as a PMR Specialist.
- Prior experience as a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Specialist.
- Comprehensive knowledge of musculoskeletal, neurological, and other physical conditions and their treatments.
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Board certification in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
- Experience working in a rehabilitation hospital or specialized clinic.
- Knowledge of advanced rehabilitation techniques, such as neuromuscular electrical stimulation or robotic-assisted therapy.
