Overview Of The Role

Support the HRBP & store office management with various administration & HR matters.

What You Will Do

  • Welcome new joiners and ensure they receive their induction pack, badges, uniforms, locker keys, access cards, and register their fingerprint.
  • Collaborate with the HRSS team to create and share new joiners’ user and email accounts with their line managers.
  • Communicate store policies, procedures, and internal announcements as directed by the store HRBP.
  • Respond to employees’ queries on various HR matters with support from the store HRBP.
  • Report work needs, challenges, and recommendations to the HRBP to facilitate decision-making.
  • Assist store line managers in understanding and implementing policies and procedures.
  • Collect company keys, uniforms, cards, and other property from departing employees.
  • Ensure accurate staff schedules are planned and consolidate payroll and leave reports monthly, in coordination with the Staff Planning Specialist.
  • Maintain records of attendance, overtime, turnover, sick leaves, recruitment tracker, and other relevant HR metrics.
  • Assist with HR-related projects, provide admin support to store management, coordinate travel arrangements, and organize employee engagement activities.

Required Skills

Required Skills to be successful

  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to plan, organize and implement.
  • Good user of MS Office.
  • Good command of English language.

Role

What equips you for the role

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration is preferred.
  • 1 to 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
