About The People & Culture Team

Grant Thornton UAE's People & Culture team is dedicated to creating a vibrant, inclusive workplace where top talent thrives through dynamic recruitment, innovative engagement, and continuous development, driving success for our people and clients.

As Executive - Talent Acquisition (Intern & Graduate Hiring), some of your responsibilities will include:

• Take full ownership of recruiting top talent for our internships and graduate programs, from job postings to onboarding, ensuring we meet our firm's needs
• Create and launch engaging recruitment campaigns across job boards, social media, and university portals to attract standout candidates
• Manage the entire candidate journey with professionalism and positivity, from initial screenings and People & Culture interviews to coordinating team interviews
• Forge and nurture relationships with universities and training providers, represent us at career events, and align recruitment efforts with our Emiratisation strategies
  
  
  

Think you've got what it takes to join our People & Culture team? Like the color purple? Great. Here's a few more boxes we're also hoping you can tick:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
• 1-2 years experience recruiting for interns/graduates, ideally in a Professional Services firm
• Independent thinkers who aren't afraid to challenge or be challenged
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office
• Strong written and spoken English
