Responsibilities

• Lead & Manage process improvement initiatives across central operations in all countries
• Generate action plans & long term implementation plans
• Propose Corrective Action plan per the health checks output Track the implementation of the corrective action plans
• Alignment and communication between OPS Teams for any obstacles and issues with operations that need synergy work Alignment between OPs and other stakeholders for Ops related solutions
• Run & Conduct the daily/weekly performance calls to track OPS KPIs, Capacity commitment & Operational Flow
• Work on the implementation of Ops excellence projects
• Lead & Manage the health checks/performance teams during operational visits & performance touchpoints
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor`s degree in engineering, supply chain, or a relevant major
• 4-5 years of relevant experience in warehousing/ supply chain or logistics
• Advanced level of Excel and Microsoft Programs
• Excellent Leadership and Communication Skills
