About Role:

  9. Coordinating travel arrangements and reservations.
  10. Assisting in event planning and coordination.
  11. Managing office supplies inventory.
  12. Maintaining office equipment.
  13. Assisting with client reception.
  14. Utilizing experience as a virtual assistant.
  15. Creating and maintaining databases.


Requirements:

Here are the qualifications and skills required:


  • High school diploma or associate degree.
  • Previous experience as an office assistant or in a related role.
  • Strong writing skills and proficiency with word processing software.
  • Pleasant personality with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
